We’re seeking an experienced and driven Life Insurance Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about helping others protect their loved ones — and who thrives in a performance-based environment. You’ll sell life insurance through your own external sources while leveraging agency support and resources to grow your book of business.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and sell life insurance policies through your own network and lead sources
- Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend coverage options
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current on industry changes
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction and referrals
- Track and report activity, production, and goals consistently
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive, motivated culture
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven life insurance sales experience
- Active Life & Health license (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive energy and an optimistic, persistent attitude
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Compensation:
Smaller base salary plus aggressive commission structure, tailored to your experience and production potential.
