Life Insurance Representative Position available in very established, high producing State Farm Agency – Jeff Genant Agency in the Ballantyne area.
Life insurance licensed and experience required (State Farm Experience ideal)!
Candidate competencies required:
• High character
• Positive attitude and high-energy a must
• Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, phone
• Exceptional phone skills (no call reluctance)
• Handling objections / Conflict Management Skills
• Competitive
• Results oriented
Very competitive compensation package:
Salary, Commission, Annual bonus, 401K, and Health Savings Account, paid vacation.
Annual Compensation: $50,000- $125,0000

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and sell life insurance products to clients to internal and external.
- 100+ outbound calls per day to start (6 months).
- Assist clients with life insurance applications and claims.
- Provide clients with information on life insurance plans and options.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of life insurance products and services.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in life insurance sales required.
